When You Know Better You Do Better

 Just wanted to chime in here and say how proud I am of my husband for making this major change in his life. I can see the difference and I know he can, too. It's fun to see his excitement and to get to share it with him since I've also made major changes in what I eat/do. We're both feeling better, from eating better and exercising more. He's sleeping wonderfully and I'm starting to get there, too.  His clothes are starting to be pretty baggy! But we already made the mistake of buying him two new pairs of pants a few weeks ago but now they are already too big on him! Since we just bought a house and we need to save all the $$$ we can since we're now "house-broke" new clothes are going to have to wait. For both of us.  My jeans became so baggy I had to get rid of them. I did find a really great deal on Amazon for a pair of jeans and ordered one 2 sizes smaller than the last pair but they were too baggy too so I returned them for a refund (although I th...
