Once my husband decided to change his life and diet, I vowed to do it too. I wasn't being "bad" before, per se, but sometimes I'd have foods that weren't all that great for me or blow off my workouts, etc., but no longer. Now I want to follow his lead and make my life healthier, too. I've also lost weight along with him, so we are both losing weight now, both working out more and both of us eating better. It's so much easier when you are both doing it and both have the same goals.
It's great.
It's especially wonderful watching my husband slowly discover how much better he feels emotionally and physically, how much better *food* tastes, real food, GOOD food! He can't believe how crappy the fast food he was eating was compared to the food he's eating now. And his happiness has increased tenfold!
Also, his face is showing more definition, so is the rest of his body! It's amazing, really!
So proud of him. 💓💓💓💓
